Erik Gómez-Baggethun is a research fellow at the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology, Autonomous University of Barcelona. His research is concerned with ecological economics and political ecology, with a focus on integrated assessment of ecosystem services and resilience theory. He was a lead author in the report of the European Commission-led initiative TEEB.
